Where this catalog comes from

GRCSchema.org defines the format

Every card in this catalog is a BibTexCitation, the shared vocabulary published at GRCSchema.org, the open standard OpenControls maps into and helps advance. Its embedded license vocabulary is what you see as the license stamp on every entry. Same schema here, in the JSON, and in the graph. Translation, not conquest.

AI ScrapeSafe keeps the license stamps honest

A citation tells you a document exists. The license stamp tells you what you're allowed to do with it. AI ScrapeSafe is the OpenControls decision layer for exactly that question, was it yours to use, and it's where each stamp's permits, restricts, and conditions are obtained and maintained, with the verdict and the evidence attached.

Provenance is the deliverable

Every entry carries its source and the date it was checked. We map and provide defensible evidence; we don't attest. A stamp states what a license permits. It never promises compliance. You make the call.
