Mapping Queue

Every Authority Document requested for CKI moves through six mapping stages before it joins the graph. This queue is open to everyone — the mapping is done in the open. A document leaves the queue once it's fully cross-mapped.

Stages: Legal Check is the AI ScrapeSafe right-to-use verdict. Block Tagging decomposes the document into typed blocks — titles, citation references, headings, and text — with their hierarchy. Glossary extracts the document's defined terms — it turns Ready the moment Block Tagging finishes, taking that stage's tagged blocks and hierarchy as its input. MWE Tagging tags the document's text with the multi-word expressions registered in the lexicon — it turns Ready once the Glossary stage is settled. Action Items decomposes its mandates into atomic, checkable requirements. Cross Mapped links those requirements to the shared control graph. Legal Check, Block Tagging, Glossary and MWE Tagging run today; Action Items and Cross Mapped come online as the mapping pipeline expands. A stage marked N/A was attested by a release owner as not applying to that document (a document that tags no glossary, say), and the pipeline proceeds past it.
